A little bit about me
Hello, Gingerokda here! I love food. It is as simple as that! I studied at University College Birmingham and have been working in the food industry as a chef for around 5 years.

I realised very quickly I love to experiment and experience food from everywhere and anywhere.
I very much believe in creating as little waste s possible!

So whether you have a dietary requirement or you just really do not like tomatoes, I'm sure you can find something to try here.
I would like to thank my partner Jack for being my test dummy and believing in me.
I would also like to thank my friend Amber for pushing me forward to create this food blog!

Need something new. Try cooking it a different way. Roast it, boil it, stick it in a stew.

Save your scraps!
Get a zip lock bag and put your peelings in the freezer. Eventually you'll have enough to create your own stock!

Do not let use by dates scare you!
Remove any plastic and store in a clean, sometimes air tight, container.
It lasts much longer.
