Ingredients;

This creates 3 servings

500g of filling mixture - this could be cake, Cookie dough, Mousse etc

300g Candy melts- any colours

Sprinkles

Chocolates

Edible glue

Lets begin!

First have the mixture you are wishing to use and place into the moulds and place into the freezer for around 2 hours. At this point get the baking try and cover in parchment paper

Once the time is up, grab the candy melts and place them into the measuring jug and into the microwave for 1 minute, take out stir and place back into the microwave in 10 seconds intervals. No more as they will burn. Once completely melted, grab the moulds out of the freezer.

Carefully remove from the mould. Now get ready to work quickly.

Pour the melted candies over the frozen filling. Do this over another bowl to catch the excess so you can use it again.

Once completely covered place onto the baking tray you prepared earlier and leave to set. This should take to long. Once they are all covered, its time to decorate!

This is where to can get as creative as you like, cover them in sprinkles, use the leftover candy melts to decorate. It sup to you!

In the photo above i just edible glue to attach the sprinkles on,

The big red nose is actually a white chocolate button that i used edible metallic paint upon.

The gold button is again a white chocolate button dusted with edible lustre dust.

Get creative and make a mess!
