A festive fizz to start of the celebrations.

Ingredients;
This creates 1 serving
60 ml Gingerbread Rum - I used Captain Morgans limited edition, It's at ASDA.
60 ml Pressed Apple juice
150ml Prosecco - or to the top of your glass
Orange zest strand
If you want to be extra fancy add a very small amount of lustre dust
This is super simple!
Simple measure out the rum then add to the glass. Repeat the measurement for the apple juice then add to the glass. Top with Prosecco and give it little stir.
If you're adding lustre dust now is the time to add it in, stir as you go.
Finally, Get you peeler and peel and orange slice, to get it super thin cut it into strands with a knife.
For extra flavour as you are peeling hold it over the glass as the natural oils will spray onto the glass giving both flavour and aroma.
