Start the festive season with a classic.
Equipment;
Peeler
Measuring spoon
Stirrer
Pot
Knife
Chopping board
Ladle
Optional Sieve
Ingredients;
This creates 3 servings
100ml Whisky
220 ml Apple Juice
1 Whole orange
2 Star Anise
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Nutmeg
This is super simple!
Pour everything into the pot, place the cinnamon sticks, nutmeg adn star anise into the pan as well.
Slice the orange up into nice even rings and place into the mixture.
Place the pot onto a medium to high heat and bring to boil. Then simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn the heat off and either carefully sieve to mixture into a jug or use the ladle to pour into the cups or mugs or glass of your choosing. I added on of the orange slice into the glass to for a little pizzazz.
Then sip away!
