Two Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Super naughty but also super easy!

The easiest recipe I have done so far!

Overall this recipe took 20 minutes plus cooling time. I chilled this over night but it usually sets with 4 hours.

Equipment;

Small pan

Heatproof bowl

Spatula

Can opener

Kettle

Loaf or Silicone mould

Parchment paper or cling film - for tin

Your fridge

Chopping Board

Knife

Ingredients;

This made roughly 15 - 20 pieces - depending on size

300g of Chocolate - any you would eat as a bar

400g Condensed milk - the stand alone tins work fin which are usually 398g

Flavours;

White Milk

Dark Mint

Orange

Let's start!

Boil the kettle and fill the small pan about 1/3 of the way and place the bowl on top. Make sure the water is not touching the bottom on the bowl.

Turn the hob onto a low heat.

Break up your chocolate and add to the bowl along with your condensed milk.

and gently stir the chocolate and condensed together every few minutes until completely melted and combined.

If you are using a loaf or cake tin, line it really well with either parchment paper or cling film. It just depends how neat you wish for them to look. If you're using a silicone mould do not worry about this step.

Once combined gently pour the mixture into your mould or tin, then place in the fridge overnight or at least for four hours. After four hours it may not be completely set depending on your fridge setting.

Once completely set remove it from the mould or tin onto a chopping board and divide into equal pieces.

You can eat this straight away however I discovered if you leave them to air for about 30 -60 minutes the edges dry out slightly, giving it a really lovely texture.

That's it! Enjoy.

I've made this three times already!
