When you don't want to commit to a whole cookie!
It's quiet simple!
You take your favourite cookie recipe and just make them really small!
Overall the making process took about 20 minutes plus cooling time.
Equipment;
Big bowl
Wooden Spoon
Two Teaspoons
Sieve
Scales
Baking trays
Parchment paper or silicone mat
Oven at 180c
Ingredients;
1 lot of basic cooking mixture - get that here
120g chocolate chips
If you want to mix the flavours up use 40g of white, dark and milk
Turn your oven to 180C and line your baking trays
Start by making your mixture; cream the butter and sugar together. Add in your egg and flavouring.
The mixture should be little in colour.
Sieve in the flour.
Add in your chocolate chips. If you are using shop bought ones them maybe a little big for your cookies, you can either crush them up with a rolling pin or chop them with a knife.
However if you are really feeling creative you can make your own chips by melting chocolate then placing it in a piping bag or zip-lock bag and cutting the smallest corn off. Then making tiny chips and let them set.
Using the teaspoons scoop about half a teaspoons worth in between them until they create a smooth ball-ish shape.
Place them on the baking tray and keep going until the baking tray is full; leave some space in between each cookie as they do spread slightly.
Bake for 8 minutes. Once done take out of the oven and leave to cool.
This cookies can also be used to make the trendy cookie cereal that is circulating at the moment.
