This is super simple and perfect addition to most.


Equipment;

Pan

Spatula

Hob


Ingredients;

250g Fruit of choice

100-120g Caster Sugar




Ideas;

Strawberries

Blackberries

Currants

 

Place the fruit and sugar into the pan and place on a medium to high heat, stirring occasionally.


Remove fruit the heat once the mixture as met a runny yet thick consistency.


You may wish to strain the mixture through a sieve depending on what you wish to use it for.
